Daphne starts work at the Goode’s Hotel

After the War, Vera, who had been in the WAAF, driving the bigwigs around at Bentwaters and Woodbridge airfields, came back to work in The Goode’s Hotel. She got Daphne into work as a Barmaid/ Waitress. She worked in the Long Bar.
